The Sales Executive &ndash; Admissions will drive enrollments by converting incoming enquiries into successful admissions. The role is focused on consultative selling, proactive follow-ups, and delivering a seamless learner experience throughout the admissions cycle.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective learners and understand their requirements.</li><li>Present Uni Athena&rsquo;s programs clearly, highlighting key features, learning outcomes, fees, and enrollment benefits.</li><li>Follow a structured sales process to qualify leads, handle objections, and convert prospects into admissions.</li><li>Maintain strong follow-up discipline to nurture leads until closure.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.</li><li>Record all conversations, follow-ups, and lead movements accurately in the CRM.</li><li>Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding for newly enrolled learners.</li><li>Ensure high-quality, professional communication across all channels&mdash;calls, email, WhatsApp, and chat.</li><li>Participate in sales campaigns, webinars, or outreach initiatives as required.</li><li>Provide market feedback and insights to the team to improve enrolment strategies.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales; EdTech or admissions experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).</li><li>Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Strong sales acumen with the ability to work under targets and deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple leads and high call volumes efficiently.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
