The role includes but is not limited to coursework facilitation and research supervision of doctoral candidates who are multinational, multicultural, middle/ senior/ c-suite level executives, professionals and business owners.Job Description:<ul><li>Supervision of doctoral candidates through their coursework and research</li><li>Communicating with the learners, assisting them in their learning journey and research</li><li>Mentoring learners, facilitating and motivating them in their research process.</li><li>Operating as the single point of contact for your learners on all academic matters</li><li>Collaborating with others teams to facilitate learner progression and providing support at all times.</li><li>Guiding learners through the assignments and ensuring timely submissions.</li><li>Evaluating the assessments for the doctoral course work.</li><li>Participate in research progress review meetings and thesis reviews as internal examiner and produce reports thereto.</li><li>Reviewing delivery methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Creating and delivering workshops, orientations and other training sessions as part of academic delivery, coursework and team development.</li><li>Serving on various committees, organising conferences, delivering webinars, and handling other administrative duties.</li><li>Assisting with student recruitment, interviews, and academic counselling sessions as and when required.</li></ul>Role Requirements:<ul><li>Educational qualifications:</li><li>A Ph.D. in Computer Science (AI/ ML or related domains)</li><li>MTech in CS/ IT with an MBA in any discipline</li><li>Excellent research skills in qualitative/ quantitative techniques</li><li>A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience teaching at postgraduate level and up to 10 years of total experience (including industry experience)</li><li>Experience supervising Master&rsquo;s level dissertations in Management topics</li><li>Proven track record as a researcher with national/ international publications</li><li>Strong teaching and mentoring skills with a desire to assist learners in their research journey</li><li>Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or near-neutral accent</li><li>A sound understanding of the subject matter including research methods</li><li>Ability to work professionally with learners from across the globe belonging to different cultures, races and nationalities</li><li>A highly motivated individual and an excellent team player willing to work from home</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,079.11 - &#8377;74,005.23 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Doctorate (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
