Job Summary: Billing &amp; Logistics Executive1. Order Management &amp; Processing* Receive, review, and process customer orders after verifying POs, credit limits, and stock availability.* 2. Billing &amp; Tax Compliance* Prepare and issue GST-compliant tax invoices and e-way bills in line with shipment timelines.3. Dispatch Coordination &amp; Customer Communication* Prepare dispatch documentation and send pre-alerts to customers.* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.* Track shipments, address delivery queries, and resolve discrepancies, damages, or returns.* 4. Inventory Management* Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP, tracking all movements and adjustments.* Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment needs, and prevent stock outs or overstocking.* Collaborate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.* Provide escalation reports on delays, risks, or discrepancies for management review.Key Skills* Strong GST compliance knowledge and tax invoice handling.* ERP/accounting software proficiency (Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.).* Accuracy in billing, documentation, and reconciliation.* Effective cross-functional coordination and time management.* Problem-solving mindset for operational discrepancies.* Basic inventory management knowledge.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
