Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage billing, dispatch documentation, and inventory records for our gourmet food products business. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tax invoicing, smooth dispatch operations, and efficient inventory management in compliance with GST and other statutory regulations.1. Order Management &amp; Processing&middot; Receive, review, and process customer orders after verifying POs, credit limits, and stock availability.&middot; Enter orders accurately in ERP, securing necessary approvals and allocations.&middot; Serve as primary customer contact for order-related queries, lead times, product availability, and escalations.- the logistics team is not responsible for primary contact.&middot; Maintain order status, backlog, and fulfillment reports to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.2. Billing &amp; Tax Compliance&middot; Prepare and issue GST-compliant tax invoices and e-way bills in line with shipment timelines.&middot; Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation in ERP.&middot; Monitor billing accuracy, report discrepancies, and minimize disputes.3. Dispatch Coordination &amp; Customer Communication&middot; Prepare dispatch documentation and send pre-alerts to customers.&middot; Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.&middot; Track shipments, address delivery queries, and resolve discrepancies, damages, or returns.&middot; Maintain delivery performance metrics including OTD and exception tracking.- logistics is not responsible for this4. Inventory Management&middot; Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP, tracking all movements and adjustments.&middot; Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment needs, and prevent stock outs or overstocking.&middot; Generate inventory accuracy, turnover, and aging reports to support optimization.5. Reporting &amp; Cross-Functional Coordination&middot; Share periodic reports on fill rates, OTD, billing accuracy, logistics timelines, and inventory status.&middot; Collaborate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.&middot; Provide escalation reports on delays, risks, or discrepancies for management review.Key Skills&middot; Strong GST compliance knowledge and tax invoice handling.&middot; ERP/accounting software proficiency (Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.).&middot; Accuracy in billing, documentation, and reconciliation.&middot; Effective cross-functional coordination and time management.&middot; Problem-solving mindset for operational discrepancies.&middot; Basic inventory management knowledge.Qualifications&middot; Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.&middot; 2&ndash;4 years&rsquo; experience in billing, dispatch documentation, or inventory management (FMCG/Food &amp; Beverage preferred).&middot; Working knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and tax compliance.&middot; Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
