Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;sdegree froma Tier 1institution.</li><li>
1.5&ndash;2 years ofhands-onanalytics experience ina D2C/B2C startup.</li><li>
Experience infintechis a strongadvantage.</li><li>
Deepunderstandingof customer funnels andperformancemetrics.</li><li>
Strongproficiency inSQL, Python, andExcel.</li><li>
Experience withdata visualizationtools suchas Power BI, Snowflake, etc.</li><li>
Prior exposure to A/B testingmethodologies.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, communication, andstakeholdermanagement skills.</li><li>
Provenability to workdirectly withbusiness teams (not just withincentral analytics).</li><li>
