We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive (male candidates preferred) to join our fast-growing EdTech company. The ideal candidate will help manage and streamline daily operations across multiple departments including product development, content, customer service, and logistics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of educational programs, manage workflows, and help scale operational processes to meet the company's objectives.Key Responsibilities:Operational Support:<ul><li>Assist in managing the end-to-end delivery of educational services, including the implementation of online courses, webinars, and live classes.</li><li>Coordinate with product, content, and technology teams to ensure timely updates and product releases.</li><li>Oversee administrative functions such as class scheduling, student enrollment, and certification processes.</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the learning platform, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or issues as they arise.</li></ul>Process Improvement:<ul><li>Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance the efficiency of the business.</li><li>Develop, document, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across departments.</li><li>Work with the operations manager to optimize workflows, reduce operational costs, and increase productivity.</li></ul>Vendor and Partner Management:<ul><li>Coordinate with third-party vendors, content creators, and partners for educational tools and resources.</li><li>Ensure that partner contracts and agreements are followed, and manage relationships to foster long-term collaborations.</li><li>Manage procurement processes and ensure all necessary resources (software, hardware, licenses) are available for smooth operations.</li></ul>Data Analysis and Reporting:<ul><li>Track and analyze key operational metrics such as course completion rates, student engagement, and customer support metrics.</li><li>Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.</li><li>Use data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to optimize operations.</li></ul>Customer Service and Support:<ul><li>Oversee the customer support team to ensure prompt responses to student queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing assistance where necessary.</li><li>Monitor and improve the quality of customer service by implementing feedback loops and quality control mechanisms.</li><li>Resolve escalated issues related to course delivery, platform access, or content queries.</li></ul>Cross-functional Collaboration:<ul><li>Liaise with different teams (product, content, marketing, and sales) to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.</li><li>Support the marketing and sales teams with operational logistics for course launches, campaigns, and promotions.</li><li>Work closely with the technology team to address platform issues and support product upgrades.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A background in Education or EdTech is a plus.</li><li>Experience: Around 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within the EdTech, e-learning, or education sector.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.</li><li>Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.</li><li>Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).</li><li>Experience with data analysis tools and reporting systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.</li><li>Strong leadership abilities with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to changes in a dynamic industry.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Prior experience working in a startup environment.</li><li>Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the EdTech sector.</li><li>Experience in automating processes using technology tools.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Operations Executive

The Accounts Assistant Intern will support the finance and accounting team in daily operations, bookkeeping, data entry, and financial documentation. This role provides hands-on exposure to accounting processes and practical experience using financial tools and software.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals.</li><li>Assist in posting daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, Excel).</li><li>Support reconciliation of accounts and statements.</li></ul>2. Invoices &amp; Payments<ul><li>Assist in preparing, processing, and verifying invoices.</li><li>Help track vendor payments and outstanding receivables.</li><li>Maintain records of purchase orders, bills, and payment vouchers.</li></ul>3. Financial Documentation<ul><li>Organize and archive financial documents (receipts, bills, statements).</li><li>Support preparation of monthly financial reports.</li><li>Assist with data entry for GST, TDS, or other statutory compliance.</li></ul>4. Bank &amp; Cash Handling (Under Supervision)<ul><li>Assist in bank reconciliation activities.</li><li>Record petty cash expenses and prepare expense summaries.</li></ul>5. Audit Assistance<ul><li>Support internal and external audit processes by providing documents.</li><li>Help verify supporting records for financial entries.</li></ul>6.
