This role is perfect for those passionate about technology and who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Engagement &amp; Consultation:</li><li>Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing an exceptional experience from entry to exit.</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations on Apple products and services, such as iPhones, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories.</li><li>Assist customers in setting up their new devices, transferring data, and providing basic troubleshooting guidance.</li><li>Product Knowledge &amp; Sales:</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest Apple products, features, and software updates.</li><li>Engage customers with demonstrations of Apple products, showcasing their unique features and capabilities.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets by offering tailored solutions and upselling Apple products, services (e.g., AppleCare, iCloud, Apple Music), and accessories.</li><li>Customer Education &amp; Support:</li><li>Educate customers on Apple services, including iCloud, Apple Music, and AppleCare protection plans.</li><li>Provide hands-on demonstrations to customers and ensure they are comfortable using their new Apple devices.</li><li>Answer any questions about product functionality, features, and benefits to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.</li><li>In-Store Experience:</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.</li><li>Assist with visual merchandising to ensure that products are displayed according to Apple&rsquo;s standards.</li><li>Participate in promotional events and seasonal campaigns to enhance the store&rsquo;s customer engagement and drive sales.</li><li>Team Collaboration &amp; Performance:</li><li>Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.</li><li>Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to support team growth and enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops.</li><li>Customer Follow-Up &amp; Relationship Building:</li><li>Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-up calls, emails, or store visits to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting customer concerns, resolving issues with products, or facilitating exchanges or returns as necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a technology-focused or luxury retail environment (Apple-specific experience is a plus).</li><li>Passion for technology and a strong interest in Apple products and services.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to engage with customers and build relationships quickly.</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable with Apple products and technology.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
