Unicorn Real Estate is expanding, and we are seeking a highly driven Sales &amp; Leasing Manager to lead our growing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry relationships, proven sales leadership, and the ability to rapidly scale our property portfolio.Compensation:Monthly salary: QAR 4,000Attractive commission structure on personal dealsAdditional commission based on the performance of the team managedStrong earning potential for high performersKey Responsibilities:A)Business DevelopmentBring a minimum of 50 ready sales property listings or a strong network of landlords with whom we can quickly sign marketing agreements for sales properties.Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate clients.Secure exclusive or semi-exclusive listings where possible.B) Team Leadership &amp; ManagementRecruit, train, and build a high-performing sales and leasing team.Mentor and manage the existing team to enhance professionalism and productivity.Implement improved workflows, processes, and industry best practices.C)Sales &amp; Leasing OperationsDrive performance in both sales and leasing portfolios.Manage negotiations, close deals, and strengthen client relationships.Ensure compliance with company standards and market regulations.Experience &amp; Skills Required:Strong background in real estate sales and leasing within Qatar.Established network of landlords, property owners, and corporate entities.Connections with companies such as UDC will be a strong advantage.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory).Proven leadership with the ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a team.Ability to introduce improved processes and best practices.Valid Qatar driving licenceHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to admin@unicornre.com or call at +974 66760543Note: Please do not submit your CVs or call us if you don't have the relevant experience mentioned above.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Real Estate: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English &amp; Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
