This is not a fixed salary, but rather an opportunity to earn more based on your contributions.Mode: Work from homeAbout the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Recruiter Interns to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and HR operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to support talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment databases.</li><li>Support in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment campaigns.</li><li>Participate in campus hiring drives, career fairs, and internship programs.</li><li>Assist in on boarding processes including documentation and induction sessions.</li><li>Provide regular status reports and recruitment metrics to the HR team.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.</li><li>Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to ATS or HR software is a plus.</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to maintain professionalism.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;3,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
