Job Summary: 
Responsible for leading a team of agents and providing customer service to passengers for all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and any other queries or complaints.

Job Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Leading a team of agents in customer service duties.</li>
<li>Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.</li>
<li>Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system. This includes boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related complaints and problems.</li>
<li>Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.</li>
<li>Assist ramp agents to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are made available for loading upon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival.</li>
<li>Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.</li>
<li>Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.</li>
<li>Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.</li>

Job Summary: 
Responsible for marshalling aircraft in and out of gate, loading, unloading and sorting baggage. Also responsible for cleaning the aircraft, restocking items, de-icing aircraft, carrying out inspections, hazard checks. Operate ramp equipment such as stairs and bridges.

Job Duties:

<li>Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.</li>
<li>Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.</li>
<li>Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.</li>
<li>May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.</li>
<li>Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards</li>

<li>Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.</li>
<li>Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.</li>

Airport Ramp Agent FT(Avelo) - ROC

Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Loads, unloads, services, guides, and directs customer aircraft.</li>
<li>Safeguards customers' baggage, air cargo, airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage and/or destruction.</li>
<li>Lifts, loads/unloads, sorts and transfers passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loader or baggage carts in a safe manner.</li>
<li>Operate pushback equipment and maintains visual contact with Wing Walkers to ensure the pushback equipment is free of any danger.</li>
<li>Receives and records Customer baggage, airfreight, mail and company materials as required.</li>
<li>Picks up, delivers, and transports cargo and baggage to and from aircraft and prepares records in connection with these responsibilities.</li>
<li>Operates and/or drives motorized equipment, such as belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, push back tugs, bag cart, lavatory cart, and deicers; or manually push and pull push carts and containers.</li>
<li>Completes paperwork and forms connected with work assignments pertaining to procedures and enter into Company's information system as required.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>Must be a local (in-state) resident.</li>
<li>Valid In-State Driver's License.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.</li>
<li>Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.</li>
<li>Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift / carry / push / pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.</li>
<li>Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in cramped or high places.</li>
<li>Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.</li>
<li>High School diploma or GED.</li>
</ul>
