Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production operations in our Food &amp; Beverage company. The ideal candidate should have 2&ndash;3 years of experience in food production, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel &amp; Word), and good English communication skills to coordinate with departments and maintain accurate production recordsKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the Production Manager in planning and monitoring daily production activities.</li><li>Maintain production reports, inventory records, and documentation using Excel and Word.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality Control, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.</li><li>Monitor raw material usage and report shortages or discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Track production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.</li><li>Support administrative tasks within the production department.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of production data.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in Food &amp; Beverage production.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel &amp; Word).</li><li>Good English communication skills (written &amp; spoken).</li><li>Basic understanding of food production processes &amp; hygiene standards.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
