 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Senior HR Executive
 
 to join our team on a temporary maternity cover basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end HR operations within the healthcare sector in the UAE, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, visa processing and offboarding.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles in line with DHA/DOH requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure proper documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new joiners.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 HR Operations &amp; Administration:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate employee records and HR database in line with UAE labor law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage employee life cycle processes (transfers, promotions, confirmations, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR audits and compliance requirements specific to the healthcare sector.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Performance Management &amp; Engagement:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in implementing the organization&rsquo;s performance management process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Visa &amp; PRO Coordination:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with the PRO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely processing of medicals, Emirates IDs, and labor cards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Offboarding &amp; Exit Formalities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage resignations, clearances, and final settlements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of HR experience in the healthcare sector within the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Oracle is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, DHA/DOH licensing procedures, and visa regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Applicants on their own visa and ready to join immediately are preferred
 </li>
