Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, and cold calling.</li><li>Handle walk-in clients at project sites and explain property features, pricing, and amenities.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.</li><li>Conduct property tours and assist clients in selecting suitable properties.</li><li>Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.</li><li>Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and loan/finance processes.</li><li>Represent the company professionally at property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Customer-oriented approach with good networking ability.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.</li><li>Knowledge of local property markets and real estate regulations.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).</li><li>Prior experience in real estate sales preferred.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Work Experience in Real Estate</li></ul>Work Location: In person
