What you&rsquo;ll do:

Learn all aspects of the manufacturing process!
<ul>
<li>Perform troubleshooting, breakdown repairs, preventative and predictive maintenance, including work orders, accurate time tracking and parts consumption</li>
<li>Inspect production equipment and plant facilities to ensure a safe working environment</li>
<li>Work both independently and with teams demonstrating safe work practices</li>
<li>Accurate reporting of maintenance work performed and material and parts used on a daily basis and any associated JSA and/or SOP</li>
<li>Participate in all housekeeping activities</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Skills and Requirements
<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of machine operations in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Fundamental understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs [CMMS]</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot the following:
<ul><li>24 VDC, 110 and 480 3 Phase VAC electrical systems</li>
<li>Hydraulic Systems</li>
<li>Pneumatic Systems</li>
</ul></li><li>Ability to fabricate steel using a torch, welder and associated tooling</li>
<li>Basic ability to read prints/schematics of the following types
<ul><li>Electrical</li>
<li>Hydraulic</li>
<li>Pneumatic</li>
<li>Structural</li>
</ul></li><li>Ability to safely operate power tools</li>
<li>Possess own set of hand tools</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

Experience
<ul>
<li>3 years:Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment - Preferred</li>
</ul>
Education
<ul>
<li>High School Equivalent or higher - Required</li>
<li>Technical/other training or higher &ndash; Required</li>
