Core Responsibilities&middot; Assist in sourcing suppliers and gathering quotations for transformer components and materials.&middot; Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (POs) as per standard procedures.&middot; Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier information in the procurement system.&middot; Track orders, follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries, and address any order discrepancies.&middot; Coordinate with the Stores and Production teams to ensure the availability of required materials.&middot; Verify and process invoices for payment, ensuring alignment with PO terms.&middot; Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in inventory audits.&middot; Follow safety, quality, and compliance protocols in all procurement activities.&middot; Support the Purchase Manager in supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.&middot; Perform additional duties as assigned by the Purchase Manager.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
