Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Assistant to join our Depot Team. This role involves managing various aspects of billing, accounts receivable, and financial data entry within a professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial software, and Product OR medicine Batch billing processes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and process challans / Invoicing e-way billing, using accounting software CBO OR similar systems.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients or Head Office regarding billing inquiries via phone or email while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.</li><li>Managing stock in warehouse having computer knowledge .</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Under-Graduate Or Graduate will be preffered.</li><li>Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.</li><li>Ability to perform account reconciliation, journal entries, and analysis skills efficiently.</li><li>Strong organizational skills combined with effective communication skills for customer service interactions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
