Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and results driven Business Development Manager to lead our Metal Faade Division&rsquo;s sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of faade systems, extensive on field sales experience and the ability to drive business growth across India. This role involves frequent travel and direct engagement with architects, consultants and key decisionmakers in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies for metal faade products across India.</li><li>Identify and build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors and developers.</li><li>Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.</li><li>Understand client requirements and propose customised faade solutions.</li><li>Prepare and manage proposals, quotations and tenders.</li><li>Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.</li><li>Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Analyse market trends, competitor activities and industry developments</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent preferred).</li><li>710 years of experience in faade sales/business development.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of metal faade systems and materials.</li><li>Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively across India.</li><li>Selfmotivated and targetoriented professional.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits Benefits: Cashless Health Policy, excellent career growth opportunities, supportive work environment.
