The role involves managing regional sales operations, developing strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and driving business growth through active site visits and project tracking.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute project-based sales strategies to achieve regional targets</li><li>Promote and sell Ecoste building material products to contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and close sales</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders</li><li>Identify new projects and business opportunities within the assigned region</li><li>Track project progress and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversions</li><li>Provide basic technical product knowledge and presentations to clients</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends</li><li>Maintain sales reports, project pipeline, and daily activity records</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (MBA / PGDM preferred)</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in project sales / building materials / construction sales</li><li>Strong knowledge of project cycles, contractor networks, and site sales</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits</li></ul>Preferred Background<ul><li>Experience in boards, panels, laminates, plywood, eco boards, or similar building materials</li><li>Prior handling of B2B / institutional / project sales</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary up to ₹65,000 per month</li><li>Performance-based growth opportunities</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing building materials brand</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹39,388.29 - ₹65,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
