About the Role This is a strategic and high-impact role focused on scaling enterprise offerings and driving adoption. You&rsquo;ll partner with all functions and leadership to define a multi-quarter vision, deliver on large-scale capabilities, and ensure our product meets the expectations of global enterprise clients. As a Principal Product Manager, you will
<ul><li>Independently drive a multi-quarter product roadmap.</li><li>
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and our GTM teams to collect feedback, understand priorities, and define what needs to be built to deliver on both business growth and customer needs.</li><li>
Partner with our Engineering and Design teams to ensure we deliver on the product roadmap</li><li>
Partner with GTM teams to ensure feature adoption and measurable customer value.</li><li>
Contribute to overall innovation strategy by identifying gaps and whitespace in enterprise offerings.</li></ul>
What we expect from you, Enterprise Product Expertise:<ul><li>
8 -12 years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on enterprise SaaS products.</li><li>
Proven success in owning and scaling complex enterprise roadmaps.</li><li>
Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers, partners, and C-level stakeholders, gathering insights and translating them into actionable product solutions.</li><li>
Experience in PLG environments, with a nuanced approach to segment-specific product strategies</li></ul>
Product Thinking &amp; Problem-Solving<ul><li>
A first-principles approach to solving complex, multi-stakeholder problems</li><li>
Skilled in balancing immediate needs with long-term vision, and making trade-offs based on user value, tech feasibility, and business impact.</li></ul>
Customer-Centric Execution<ul><li>
Conduct deep discovery with enterprise users, including Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and business teams.</li><li>
Translate nuanced pain points into scalable features, driving post-launch adoption and engagement across customer cohorts.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Management and Leadership<ul><li>
Influences cross-functional teams and leadership with clearly articulating priorities and business value.</li><li>
Align all functions on a shared roadmap for enterprise success.</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>
Data-Driven Decision Making<ul><li>
Use data and analytics to track feature performance, understand customer impact, and improve adoption and retention.</li></ul>
UX and Design Sensibility<ul><li>
Collaborate closely with the design team to craft intuitive, scalable, enterprise-grade experiences that meet usability and accessibility standards while solving real user problems.</li></ul>
