With 17 years of market presence, we are known for concept-driven innovation, attention to detail, and timely project delivery.We are seeking a Civil Draftsman with proven experience in fit-out and interior projects, strong technical expertise, and the ability to deliver precise, high-quality drawings under tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings and detailed drawings for fit-out, joinery, and interior projects.</li><li>Ensure 80&ndash;100 AutoCAD speed and precision for quick and accurate output.</li><li>Create and update as-built drawings and project documentation.</li><li>Support in BOQ preparation and material take-offs.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure drawings match project requirements.</li><li>Attend client meetings to gather and incorporate client requirements.</li><li>Provide on-site support to ensure implementation aligns with design intent.</li><li>Strictly follow up with project teams to ensure work is happening as per drawings, quality standards, and deadlines.</li><li>Develop 3D models and visualizations when needed (preferred skill).</li><li>Maintain compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations in all drawings.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman in fit-out/interior design companies.</li><li>GCC project experience required.</li><li>High proficiency in AutoCAD with speed and accuracy (80&ndash;100).</li><li>Preferred skills: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop (for 3D modeling &amp; presentation work).</li><li>Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and finishing requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written &amp; spoken).</li><li>Smart, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and under pressure.</li></ul>Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>GCC fitout: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>portfolio of previous 2D drawings (and 3D if available) (Required)</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 01/10/2025
