 Unique Properties is seeking a highly competent
 
 Marketing Manager
 
 to oversee the full 360&deg; marketing operations of the company in the UAE. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to strengthen the company&rsquo;s market presence, maximize revenue, and enhance brand visibility across all channels. The Marketing Manager will supervise the digital, content, and social media teams, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and sales-driven results.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Real estate experience in the UAE is highly advantageous. The main objective of this role is to increase market share, drive revenue, and position Unique Properties as a leader in the real estate market.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels to create awareness and drive growth for Unique Properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee all 360&deg; marketing activities, including brand management, advertising, PR, events, and digital marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and provide guidance to the digital, content, and social media teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, execute, and monitor promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce performance reports and analyze marketing metrics to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strategic partnerships with media, stakeholders, and potential clients to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the sales teams to generate insights for marketing and branding strategies targeting new and existing clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns and ensure content is relevant, engaging, and consistent with brand messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Sales Directors to ensure digital leads and campaigns are effectively contributing to revenue growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and implement marketing strategies for emerging markets both regionally and internationally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hold regular meetings with sales and leadership teams to review pipelines, address challenges, and propose actionable solutions.
 </li>

 SKILLS &amp; REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Media Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in senior roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, and 360&deg; brand strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
 </li>

 Experience with PR, events, and online campaigns.

 Understanding of UAE real estate market and local business environment is preferred.

 Unique Properties is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
 
 Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA)
 
 to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, and personal support to senior leadership. This role combines traditional executive assistance, sales administration, and personal assistance responsibilities, requiring discretion, efficiency, and strong coordination skills. Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 
 Executive &amp; Administrative Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide full executive and personal assistance to the Chairman / Founder / Partner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform high-level secretarial and administrative duties for senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fully manage calendars, meetings, and schedules, including appointments, events, and reminders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal and external meetings; book meeting rooms and arrange refreshments when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-ups where necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, type, format, and edit reports, documents, presentations, and business correspondence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, answering calls and managing communication flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain databases, records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
 </li>

 Sales Administration &amp; Real Estate Support
 
 
 <ul>

 Coordinate with the Sales Team for preparation of standard real estate contracts and agreements, including:
 </li>
 <li>
 Form A, B, F, and I
 </li>
 <li>
 Memorandums of Understanding (MOU)
 </li>
 <li>
 Tenancy Contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Rental Lease Agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Channel Partner Agreements (PDF and online)
 </li>
 <li>
 Create customized agreements, contracts, and official business letters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare real estate legal documents and perform full calculations when drafting MOUs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check accuracy of orders, issue invoices, maintain sales records, and compile monthly sales reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor deadlines and issue notices to relevant parties as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage reminders for tenancy contract renewals for agents and tenants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with developers to ensure Agency Agreements are current and valid.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Commission Agreements and Channel Partner Agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create necessary NOCs for online listings in coordination with the Listings Coordinator.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft additional documentation for agents (Undertakings, Acknowledgements, etc.) and ensure timely execution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Personal Assistance &amp; Private Affairs Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the Chairman / Founder with personal administrative matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage founder&rsquo;s personal property documentation and coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle family and self visa processing, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee documentation, filing, renewals, and compliance for personal and family-related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage personal calendar, appointments, and reminders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with personal errands, correspondence, and coordination of personal matters as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth coordination of family and personal schedules in alignment with professional commitments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 REQUIREMENTS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS

 Proven experience drafting real estate contracts and documentation (MOU, Form A, B, F, I, etc.) in PDF and online systems.

 Excellent working knowledge of
 
 MS Office Suite
 
 (Word, Excel), PDF software, and internet applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 off-plan sales
 
 is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
