Graphic Designer (3&ndash;4 Years Experience)Location: Kokapet, Hyderbad Company: Unique Reach MediaWe&rsquo;re looking for a mature and experienced Graphic Designer who can think beyond aesthetics and create visuals that speak for brands. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of design systems, brand strategy, and visual storytelling, and who has worked across diverse brand portfolios.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conceptualize and design creative assets for brands, websites, social media, and campaigns.</li><li>Develop and maintain brand identity systems, including logos, brand books, and style guides.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to translate brand concepts into impactful visual narratives.</li><li>Ensure consistency and quality across all design touchpoints.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, tools, and branding techniques.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or brand-focused environment.</li><li>A degree or formal education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, digital, and print.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).</li><li>Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.</li><li>Ability to conceptualize visually and think strategically about brand identity.</li><li>Experience designing for multiple brands and industries is a must.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics or video editing.</li><li>Understanding of UX/UI design principles.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:Someone who&rsquo;s not just a designer but a visual thinker &mdash; someone who can bring structure, creativity, and meaning to every project.If you&rsquo;ve worked across various design spectrums and understand how to translate brand strategy into design we&rsquo;d love to meet you.To Apply: Send your portfolio and resume to uniquereachmedia7@gmail.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
