Job Title: HR Executive Location: Raipur (Factory &ndash; Urla Industrial Area) Salary: &#8377;25,000 per month Department: Human Resources Report To: HR Head / Factory HeadJob PurposeTo handle statutory compliance of the factory and support day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and coordination for smooth functioning of HR activities at the Raipur unit.Key Responsibilities1. Statutory Compliance (Factory &amp; Labour Laws)<ul><li>Maintain compliance under Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESIC, PF and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Ensure all registers, licenses, returns and notices are updated and displayed as per norms.</li><li>Coordination with government authorities for inspections, renewals and compliance submissions.</li><li>Maintain contractor documents, labour records, wage registers and attendance.</li><li>Monitor safety guidelines and support the HSE team for compliance-related documentation.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Handle worker onboarding, ID cards, personal files and document verification.</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave records and support payroll inputs.</li><li>Coordinate with HO HR for appointment letters, increments, and other HR documents.</li><li>Maintain discipline on site and address basic worker grievances.</li><li>Support recruitment for factory staff (screening, interviews, joining formalities).</li><li>Manage housekeeping, security and general administrative coordination.</li></ul>3. Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Daily reporting of manpower, absenteeism and compliance status.</li><li>Maintain MIS related to HR, compliance and statutory activities.</li><li>Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal departments for smooth HR functioning.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/factory setup.</li><li>Knowledge of factory compliance and labour laws.</li><li>Good communication, documentation and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email drafting.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Based at Raipur factory, full-time role.</li><li>Field visits within Raipur when required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
