Job Description:<ul><li>Providing management with awarded projects and acting as the main point of contact during the execution/ Fit out phase of the Project.</li><li>Overviewing the overall activities and operations of the projects.</li><li>Liaising with the client/ Client representative, and the client appointed consultant.</li><li>Preparing the mobilization plans for his projects.</li><li>Liaising with the HPC and the Document Controller to prepare, issue, submit, and regularly update the following project documents to the concerned parties</li><li>Attending the weekly Project Management Meeting to review the progress of projects.</li><li>Leading the weekly site progress meetings and preparing/issuing the Minutes of Meeting.</li><li>Preparing and issuing the weekly progress report to the client.</li><li>Preparing and keeping the daily site report.</li><li>Conducting daily visits to all sites and continuously liaising and communicating with the Project Supervisors (PS) to ensure all issues arising are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.</li><li>Continuously liaising and communicating with the sub-contractors and supplier&rsquo;s PM&rsquo;s to ensure timely delivery, and to the agreed quality standard.</li><li>Preparing and issuing the defects and completion reports to the concerned parties.</li><li>Follow safety &amp; environmental rules, company policies &amp; procedures in carrying out duties.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Project Manager/ Site Engineer (Interior&Fit out)

Job Objective<ul><li>Responsible for the full resourcing life cycle within assigned business area, including talent planning, sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment and hiring the most suitable candidates within appropriate cost and timescales</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, business leaders and candidates</li><li>Daily interaction with Hiring Managers to ensure effective delivery of resources against open vacancies</li><li>Delivers an ethical and customer focused resourcing service</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsibility for managing resourcing delivery for a particular function/specialism/business area, working with Hiring Managers to fulfil current and future resource requirements</li><li>High and effective utilization of available talent attraction and engagement tools to identify relevant candidates</li><li>Actively and professionally promotes vacancies and employer brand to relevant audience via available media channels</li><li>Accurately match candidate skills with role requirements, taking initiative to explore particular areas of importance or relevance with Hiring Managers and Candidates</li><li>Identify and recommend most effective assessment method for particular role/specialism and effectively utilize tools available</li><li>Guide Hiring Managers through a structured interview process, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical obligations throughout candidate assessments</li><li>Strong influencer, ability to influence candidates throughout the hiring process to promote a successful outcome, pre-empting and acting on candidate hesitation or queries</li><li>Maintain open and proactive lines of candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience for all, regardless of the outcome of their application</li><li>Provides timely and detailed feedback to candidates at every stage of their application, particularly following an interview</li><li>Collate relevant market data to support talent planning initiatives and process (candidate availability, rate information, candidate mobility etc.)</li><li>Manages vacancy through ATS, ensuring that candidate and vacancy data is accurate and up to date at all times</li><li>Comply with all company and legislative data protection requirements by responsibly storing candidate information and assessment notes</li><li>Facilitate the effective movement of candidates through the resourcing process, encouraging proactive feedback from Hiring</li><li>Provides feedback from particular business area on aspects of the resourcing process requiring improvement or elements that are particularly effective</li><li>Ensures consistent alignment to company values and behaviours</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Recruitment: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
