 Role &amp; Responsibilities Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As an Associate Director, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services set out above. You will be responsible to maintain client relationships with senior stakeholders, work with Partner &amp; Directors as well as mentor the team members apart from providing support on our business development and practice management initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead ARC engagements including
 
 IFRS/IPSAS implementation, GAAP conversions, and accounting advisory
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise clients on
 
 complex transactions
 
 (M&amp;A, restructuring, IPO readiness).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage
 
 government and private sector client
 
 projects across the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and guide junior team members.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing accounting and reporting consulting to clients which includes support on technical and special matters including GAAP Conversion, accounting policy support, new accounting standard implementation (end to end), and Disclosure support for IFRS/USGAAP. The incumbent will work for top global clients across a wide variety of markets and industry sectors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 CA / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent)
 
 qualification.
 </li>
 <li>
 7&ndash;10 years of experience in
 
 ARC / Audit / Accounting Advisory
 
 (Big 4 or consulting preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 IFRS and IPSAS
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 public sector and government clients
 
 is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
 </li>
