 Procure FM materials, consumables, spare parts, and subcontracted services.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Source and negotiate with suppliers; issue RFQs and purchase orders.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate with operations and site teams to ensure timely supply.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support inventory control and cost-saving initiatives.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain procurement documentation and reports.
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 Requirements
 
 
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;5 years procurement experience, preferably in facility management or related industries.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong negotiation, communication, and cost-control skills.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
