 Key Responsibilities:

 <li>
 Design
 
 innovative, trend-forward home products
 
 with a focus on sustainability
 </li>
 <li>
 Work across
 
 hard goods &amp; soft goods
 
 , from
 
 concept to production
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop detailed
 
 sketches, tech packs
 
 , and coordinate with sourcing &amp; merchandising teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Select
 
 eco-friendly materials
 
 and ensure feasibility and product quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Track
 
 market trends
 
 , identify gaps, and propose compelling new designs
 </li>
 </ul>

 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in
 
 home product design
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in
 
 Product Design, Industrial Design, Textile Design
 
 , or related
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 Adobe Suite, AutoCAD
 
 , or similar tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of
 
 materials &amp; manufacturing processes
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 aesthetic sense &amp; visualization skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Bonus:
 
 Experience working with
 
 artisans, sustainable brands, or luxury d&eacute;cor
 
 </li>
