Role Overview: 
We are seeking a UX Designer to design and improve the user experience of our suite of products. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, has experience designing for enterprise software applications, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity, working prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas.</li><li>
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define design solutions.</li><li>
Design responsive, accessible layouts and interactions.</li><li>
Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications.</li><li>
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.</li><li>
Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and insights that inform design decisions.</li><li>
Work closely with software engineers and QA analysts to ensure successful implementation of design solutions and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise software applications</li><li>
A strong portfolio that showcases your UI design process, problem-solving skills, and the ability to design complex user interfaces.</li><li>
Proficiency with Figma</li><li>
Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Experience and assessing designing accessible UIs as defined by Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) specifications.</li><li>
A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.</li></ul>
Clearance:
