Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
</li><li>Strong expertise in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations.
</li><li>Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
</li><li>Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
</li></ul><div></div>Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud, infrastructure automation, cloud security operations, and CI/CD pipeline management. This role also requires strong knowledge of identity and access management, certificate lifecycle management, and ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
</li><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep and Terraform.
</li><li>Manage and optimize Azure Cloud environments, including Linux and Windows systems.
</li><li>Set up and maintain monitoring for cloud applications using Azure Monitor or third-party tools.
