<div>What success looks like in this role:
<ul><li>Leads, drafts and negotiates all forms of company contracts with large and business critical clients.
</li><li>Drives cross-functional efforts to ensure creation of value adding, multifaceted contracts, serving as liaison between business, legal and finance teams.
</li><li>Mediates across internal and external stakeholders throughout the contract development and negotiation process.
</li><li>Manages contract review and approval, including compliance requirements.
</li><li>Strategizes with the business to develop and refine negotiation options during the contract process.
</li><li>Addresses and resolves disputes arising from contract interpretations, breaches or other conflicts.
</li><li>Provides legal support in dispute resolution, arbitration or litigation.
</li><li>Provides process and procedural advice to less experienced team members, business partners and other internal stakeholders on key steps of contract negotiation and management.
</li></ul>You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 8+ years&rsquo; relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
 
Master&rsquo;s degree preferred

Security Packet audit checks (both digital and physical documents) to ensure that core loan documentation has been loaded and stored by internal and third parties. Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy of data. Administer the Appointment and Revocation of representatives with ASIC, and monthly reconciliation process, and Hindsight Reviews. Administer the Monthly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program, including loading monthly training to Moodle, tracking, monitoring, reconciling and reporting on compliance with CPD requirements Assist Risk and Compliance management with key administration support as part of the ongoing management of the Risk and Compliance Framework. This includes Administration Management of the Risk & Control Framework, Minuting governance meetings, Assisting in the documentation of process & Administration support for incident management Any other Risk and Compliance support activities as defined by the Head of Risk and Compliance Operating Office. You will be successful in this role if you have: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, working quickly and accurately Ability to priorities work and perform under pressure. Commitment to quality and drive for excellence. Self-starter and proactive attitude. Problem solving and strong time management skills. High ethical standards and integrity. Mandatory - must be able to travel to Moore bank, NSW (or any other facility within the Sydney Metro area) on a monthly basis for up to 2 days.
