You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling motion graphics that elevate the brand identity, enhance user experience, and communicate complex ideas with clarity and style.
As the Senior Motion Graphics Designer within Creative Services, you are part of the Marketing and Communications team. Visual storytelling is your focus. This team of highly collaborative global professionals works closely to support our Business Units, Chief Commercial Office, Human Resources and other departments to grow the reputation and awareness of Unisys and to execute strategies that address business priorities.
This is a Bangalore-based role. The Senior Motion Graphics Designer will report to the Design Leader.
What success looks like:
In this role, conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality, engaging motion graphics that promote our brand and various solutions for a variety of platforms including web, mobile, social media, and broadcast. To be successful in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, 2D and 3D development, advanced animation and interactive visual techniques and related production software.

</h2><ul><li>Execute all assigned projects, from conception to delivery
</li><li>Design and develop original concepts and storyboards
</li><li>Ensure high quality throughout development and in final assets
</li><li>Create and refine concepts using typography, video, images and other visual elements using motion design software
</li><li>Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects
</li><li>Apply motion design techniques that elevate and extend brand elements within the guidelines
</li><li>Generate engaging animation ideas to portray concepts that highlight the Unisys brand and its solutions
</li><li>Listen to design needs, develop ideas into concepts and pitch them to internal clients and stakeholders
</li><li>Liaise with content, digital and marketing teams to develop concepts and ensure deadlines are met
</li><li>Collaborate across the organization to drive high standards of creativity
</li><li>Organize working files and final motion assets
</li><li>Maintain high standards of quality to ensure only the best work is released
</li><li>Stay current with industry standards, trends and tools
</li></ul>You will be successful in this role if you have:
<ul><li>Associate degree or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, interactive design, or relevant field
</li><li>5-8 years of experience as a motion graphics designer
</li><li>Portfolio of completed motion graphics projects
</li><li>High-energy level and can-do spirit, with passion and enthusiasm that engages others
</li><li>Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and timelines
</li><li>Ability to work on PC or Mac platform
</li><li>Hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Animate, Dimension, Substance, Figma and other relevant animation and storyboard software
</li><li>HTML5 knowledge and application
</li><li>Strong visual aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
</li><li>Attention to visual composition details
</li><li>Ability to collaborate with a team

Senior Motion Graphics Designer

Position Summary
The OCM Manager leads the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives across transition, transformation, and strategic programs. This role is embedded within the Unisys Organizational Change Management (OCM) team and is responsible for shaping change strategies, guiding stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working. The OCM Manager acts as a key advisor to clients and internal teams, driving alignment between business goals and change outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies and plans for enterprise-level change initiatives.
</li><li>Responsible for stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and resistance management planning.
</li><li>Design and implement communication and engagement strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
</li><li>Guide training strategy development, including training needs assessments, content creation, and delivery oversight.
</li><li>Manage change adoption metrics and reporting dashboards to monitor effectiveness and inform sustainment planning.
</li><li>Facilitate leadership alignment, sponsor coalition building, and change agent network mobilization.
</li><li>Provide coaching and support to OCM Analysts and junior team members.
</li><li>Act as a strategic partner to project managers, business leads, and client sponsors to ensure change readiness and alignment.
</li><li>Represent OCM in governance forums, steering committees, and client-facing engagements.
</li></ul>You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Capabilities &amp; Skills
<ul><li>Proven experience in leading change management programs within enterprise environments.
</li><li>Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, CMBoK) and their practical application.
</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
</li><li>Experience with visual and digital content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
</li><li>Analytical mindset with ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into actionable plans.
</li><li>Solid facilitation and presentation skills for workshops, leadership briefings, and feedback sessions.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
</li><li>Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
</li></ul>Desirable Skills
<ul><li>Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow, or other dashboard/reporting tools to support OCM metrics and insights.
</li><li>Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for drafting communications, analyzing feedback, and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
</li><li>Business process knowledge - including process mapping, optimization, or redesign - is a plus, especially when aligning change strategies with operational realities.
</li><li>Experience in training development and instractional design is a plus.
</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Studies
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
</li><li>Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, CMBoK) is preferred.
</li><li>5+ years of experience in OCM roles, including leadership of change initiatives and team management.
