We are seeking detail-oriented Support members to join our remote team. Some office or administrative experience highly preferred! The ideal candidate should have a good customer service attitude, feel comfortable with problem-solving, have strong communication abilities, and be hungry to do their BEST. This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently in a quiet environment, staying focused on detailed tasks for extended periods of time. 
Hours

Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Approximately 8 AM - 5 PM (Mountain Standard Time, USA). 
Overview 
We are seeking full-time, self-motivated team members in AZ, UT, NM, ID and TX to be part of our growing company and who are willing/able to work 40 hours/week, approximately 8-5PM MST. Our company, Unitas helps dental practices virtually manage the insurance aspects of their business. Our clients are all over the country, and the Credentialing Specialist's role is to complete various credentialing related processes on behalf of Unitas clients. The Credentialing Specialists receive tasks to complete specific actions from the Unitas Account Managers and execute them to the extent each insurance company allows. These activities are completed using electronic methods such as Adobe and other online platforms. Credentialing Specialists work alongside Unitas team members from all departments and are critical to the success of every service offered by the company. 
Remote Work

You will need a quiet and distraction-free workspace and a strong and reliable internet connection. All computer equipment is provided. Remote workers are prohibited from working other jobs while on the clock and must not be exclusively responsible for any other duties in their home during scheduled work hours. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Follow workflow to accurately and completely prepare credentialing materials on behalf of Unitas clients.</li>
<li>Maintain positive relationships with insurance representatives and abide by their guidelines.</li>
<li>Document and disseminate any changes in insurance company requirements, process, or policy regarding credentialing or working with third party companies.</li>
<li>Communicate positively and clearly with Unitas Account Managers concerning credentialing requests.</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with Unitas clients regarding credentialing requirements via phone and email.</li>
<li>Document all communication and pertinent information related to customer/service provided to the customer in appropriate areas of customer electronic files/operation account and notify appropriate Unitas team members as applicable.</li>
<li>Electronically save all communication, correspondence and information in appropriate locations.</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul><li>Some office/computer work experience is REQUIRED. Ideal candidates are comfortable with MS office or Google Drive/Suite and/or have good computer experience. Must also be willing to learn how to navigate and learn company software. Candidates should have effective organization skills, be able to learn/absorb new information and refer back to resource materials when needed. Successful Credentialing Assistants show initiative and promptness along with high accuracy in completing their work.</li></ul> 
Training

Thorough paid training and support will be provided through online courses, regular on-camera virtual meetings, screens-share training, and chat/virtual peer assistance. 
Compensation/Benefits

Starting Pay Rate $16hr, plus excellent medical insurance (valued at approx $5,000 annual).

2 weeks of PTO

Eligible for Holiday Pay after 2 years: MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day/day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
