Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sealcoat Laborer and play a vital role in enhancing and maintaining high-quality pavement surfaces! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing sealcoat treatments that protect and extend the life of parking lots, driveways, and roadways. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, operate heavy equipment, and contribute to the creation of durable, visually appealing surfaces. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and ensuring proper adhesion for sealcoat application</li><li>Mix and apply sealcoat materials using spray rigs or squeegee methods with precision and attention to detail</li><li>Assist with paving activities</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and conducting routine equipment inspections</li><li>Support construction site activities by helping with utility locating, site grading, and general labor tasks</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality workmanship</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior construction or paving experience is highly preferred; familiarity with construction site operations is a plus</li><li>Experience with utility locating is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed</li><li>Strong work ethic with physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills related to sealcoating and paving processes</li></ul>Join us in delivering durable pavement solutions while building your skills in a fast-paced construction environment!
