United Ag &amp; Turf NE is looking for a Rental Outside Salesperson. The Rental Sales Representative plays a key role in identifying, initiating, and cultivating strong business relationships with companies and individuals throughout their assigned territory. Their primary objective is to drive revenue growth for both the branch and the broader organization. Success in this role hinges on their ability to apply outstanding sales and consultative skills to uncover customer needs and convert prospects into long-term partners. They&rsquo;ll be driven, personable, and energized by connecting with customers, fostering relationships, and promoting our rental equipment and services.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Drive rental revenue growth by targeting facilities and construction sites within a designated geographic territory</li><li>
Generate rental quotes, negotiate terms, and close rental agreements with customers.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Rental Coordinator to ensure equipment availability and timely delivery when necessary</li><li>
Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and their affiliated companies, serving as their primary point of contact</li><li>
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing accounts, inactive customers, and competitor accounts</li><li>
Partner with dealership division representatives to encourage cross-selling and expand account value when necessary.</li><li>
Develop strategic sales plans and actionable approaches to meet business objectives</li><li>
Deliver compelling presentations showcasing company products and services to both current and prospective customers</li><li>
Leverage CRM tools to build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities</li><li>
Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and product innovations</li><li>
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to rental equipment or services.</li><li>
Maintain a thorough understanding of all rental equipment specifications and capabilities.</li><li>
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to rental sales strategies.</li><li>

Preferred<ul><li>
Three years of sales experience</li><li>
Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred</li></ul>
Education<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Customer Service, Business, communications or a related field preferred.</li><li>
Valid driver's license required with acceptable driving record</li></ul>
