<div>GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under direct supervision, performs various routine and accommodative tasks for patients receiving any procedure in the scope of GI Lab services, including adolescents, adult and geriatric patients. Performs tasks in accordance with established policies, standard nursing practices, and special instructions from professional nursing personnel. Contributes to the overall function of the unit by assisting with clerical duties, housekeeping chores, and nursing errands as designated. Assists with front office tasks as directed by the Endoscopy Center Manager.
REPORTS TO: Endoscopy Center Manager and Clinical Director
RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Keep patients safe from falls</li><li>
Keep hallways clear and free of debris and equipment</li><li>
Report patient findings/observations unsafe situations to Registered Nurse in charge</li><li>
Transport patients in a timely manner</li><li>
Maintain pleasant environment by restocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and promoting a neat appearance to the area</li><li>
Assist in the retrieval of necessary patient information, equipment, and supplies</li><li>
Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of, and follows infection control procedures according to policy</li><li>
Support and uphold established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental infection control, and codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies</li><li>
Transports patients to and from GI Lab</li><li>
Must be able to break down, flag and de flag charts. Ensure all paper work needed in billing office is sent out in a timely manner.</li><li>
Coordinates patient activities with front office staff as directed by nursing staff</li><li>
Treats patients, visitors, and other staff with respect and dignity</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality of patient and personnel information</li></ul>
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE 
High school graduate or the equivalent or Certified Medical Assistant. Successful completion of Heartsaver Course. Able to follow written and verbal direction involving policy and procedure pertinent to patient care. Willingness to expand range of skills to include minor procedures and data entry. Communicate effectively with patient, family, and professional staff. Professional demeanor and appearance is a must. Must be 18 or older.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS 
Mental demands include the ability to handle several directives, set priorities, composure and mental stability to adapt to stressful situations. Physical demands include full range of body motion including handling and lifting of patients, pushing, pulling and reaching. Ability to stand,walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time, lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 25 pounds. Requires working under stressful conditions. The floors are hard and evenly surfaced. Safety guidelines must be observed in the use of medical equipment.</div>

The Senior Regional Account Executive leads provider referral growth by combining hands on field outreach with strategic team leadership. This role manages a portfolio of targeted referral relationships while guiding, coordinating, and evaluating the performance of the Regional Account Executive team. The position ensures consistent execution of outreach strategies, accurate performance tracking, and continuous optimization to drive referral volume. This full time role is based in Atlanta, GA and requires regular local travel and time at headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Lead field outreach and provider relationship strategies, developing targeted marketing and engagement plans in collaboration with Marketing and leadership teams
</li><li>Establish, manage, and grow relationships with referring providers, staff, and community partners through regular in person and virtual engagement

EDUCATION, SKILLS, &amp; EXPERIENCE:
Required:
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree required; equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience accepted
</li><li>2+ years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales, or healthcare provider relations
</li><li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in a team lead, supervisory, or senior individual contributor role
</li><li>Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong professional relationships
</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity and performance targets
