</div>At United Digestive, we prioritize building and maintaining strong relationships with targeted physicians and practice referral sources to drive and sustain incremental volume into our network practices. The Senior Regional Account Executive leads provider referral growth by combining hands on field outreach with strategic team leadership. This role manages a portfolio of targeted referral relationships while guiding, coordinating, and evaluating the performance of the Regional Account Executive team. The position ensures consistent execution of outreach strategies, accurate performance tracking, and continuous optimization to drive referral volume. This full time role is based in Atlanta, GA and requires regular local travel and time at headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Lead field outreach and provider relationship strategies, developing targeted marketing and engagement plans in collaboration with Marketing and leadership teams
</li><li>Establish, manage, and grow relationships with referring providers, staff, and community partners through regular in person and virtual engagement
</li><li>Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of Regional Account Executives across multiple territories
</li><li>Develop and execute data driven territory and provider targeting strategies using CRM, referral analytics, and market intelligence
</li><li>Translate organizational growth objectives into actionable outreach plans, campaigns, and quarterly initiatives
</li><li>Oversee CRM data integrity, reporting, and communication workflows to support referral growth and performance tracking
</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report team and program performance, delivering actionable insights through regular reports and business reviews
</li><li>Act as a key internal and external resource, resolving provider concerns, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening referral pathways
</li><li>Coordinate community engagement activities, events, provider onboarding, and cross functional marketing initiatives
</li><li>Manage online reputation and social media presence, analyzing market trends and coordinating responses to patient and provider feedback</li></ul>
EDUCATION, SKILLS, &amp; EXPERIENCE:
Required:
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree required; equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience accepted
</li><li>2+ years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales, or healthcare provider relations
</li><li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in a team lead, supervisory, or senior individual contributor role
</li><li>Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong professional relationships
</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity and performance targets
</li><li>Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding peers to achieve individual and team goals
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, presentation tools, and CRM software systems</li></ul>

 United Digestive&rsquo;s (UD) Scribe is a dedicated team member who provides comprehensive patient care and documentation support in our gastroenterology clinic. This role requires working alongside a physician or physician extender to meet all needs of their assigned provider while maintaining excellence in patient care. The position involves real-time documentation during patient encounters, clinical support activities, and administrative responsibilities.

 Accompany the physician upon patient interview and examination
 </li>

 Document the physician dictated patient history, physical examination, family, social, and past medical history, procedures, lab results, dictated radiographic impressions made by the physician and any other information pertaining to the patient's visit

 Review all documentation completed and make any necessary amendments
 </li>

 Complete diagnostic coding and procedure coding accurately

 Responsible for the CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding of endoscopy center procedures, hospital charges and other services performed by the physicians and advanced practice providers of UD.

 Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

 Accurate coding of services provided by United Digestive, LLC physicians, including assigning the correct ICD-10 and CPT codes.

 Research difficult coding questions thoroughly in order to maintain high quality standards.

 Provides support to management, staff and physicians in determining accurate coding and billing practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in coding audits and educational endeavors as directed by RCM leadership
 </li>

 Maintains certification by completing required CEUs and training courses.
 </li>

 Continues personal education by attending seminars and classes as needed.
 </li>

 Stays up to date on changes and updates to the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and diagnosis codes.

 Understands and abides by CMS guidelines in coding.
