We are growing quickly and are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media &amp; Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, design, and connecting with audiences through engaging content.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).</li><li>Capture and edit photos, videos, and short-form content (Reels/TikToks).</li><li>Write captions, blogs, and other marketing copy in both English and Spanish (a plus if bilingual).</li><li>Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor content to keep our brand relevant and fresh.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to highlight company culture, client success stories, and community events.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role..</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design/editing tools.</li><li>Understanding of social media analytics and insights.</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.</li><li>(Preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay (based on experience).</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
