<div>What to expect:

The Administrator of Time &amp; Attendance is responsible for administering processes to support timekeeping and attendance tracking for salaried and hourly employees.

How you will make an impact:
<ul>
<li>Assists and supports Manager of Administration</li>
<li>Responsible for the administration of timekeeping and attendance (e.g. timecard approval, corrections and exceptions) for hourly and salaried employees</li>
<li>Accountable for timely and accurate processing of all time and attendance transactions, understanding current ADP processes and ensuring data integrity</li>
<li>Manage and monitor timecard approvals/ sign-offs, data validation, historical edits, and generating/ exporting reports</li>
<li>Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner regarding payroll information and troubleshoots to resolve employee concerns</li>
<li>Analyze reports and deliver key trends and escalate issues appropriately</li>
<li>Takes initiative in identifying creative ways to approach existing processes</li>
<li>Builds and maintains schedules in a timely manner</li>
<li>Ensures that daily roster needs are met in an efficient manner, calls for shift coverage when necessary</li>
<li>Processes shift trades and day off requests in accordance with CBA</li>
<li>Monitors attendance phone line and updates accordingly</li>
<li>Minimize redundancy in scheduling</li>
<li>Ensures efficient utilization of personnel</li>
<li>Provide Accounting support as needed</li>
<li>Other duties as necessary</li>
</ul>
What you will bring:

Required Experience, Qualifications &amp; Skills:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required
</li><li>Minimum 2-4 years' experience required</li>
<li>ADP Time &amp; Attendance system experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to deal with information that is highly sensitive and confidential</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Effectively focuses on multiple tasks</li>
<li>Ability to interact well within a team environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and keen attention to details</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills</li>
<li>Experience in a complex, multiple employee group organization preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with multiple pay cycles preferred</li>
<li>Must have flexible schedule availability to cover a 24 hour per day 7 day per week operation including weekends and holidays as assigned</li>

<li>Responsible for day-to-day operational and financial performance of assigned station, monitoring performance against plan and initiating corrective actions to improve results.</li>

<li>Maintain strong working relationships with OAL / airport authorities / vendors / governmental authorities (FAA/TSA/CBP)/internal divisions.</li>
<li>Manage vendor service contracts as required.</li>
<li>Provide remote support for other UGE functions as needed.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to work beyond scheduled times due to irregular operations and/or business need.</li>
