We're growing and looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This position helps generate and manage high-quality leads that drive business growth.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Overview</h3>
You'll support campaigns across multiple channels, help improve lead quality and conversion rates, and represent the United Home Experts brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
</li><li>Support email marketing, social media, and SEO initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing manager to align messaging and improve lead follow-up
</li><li>Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and CRM data
</li><li>Assist in creating content for web, video, and local promotions</li><li>
Assist with inbound and outbound calls to follow up with marketing leads and schedule consultations</li>
<li>Maintain brand consistency across all channels
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h3>
<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of marketing experience (digital, communications, or inside sales)
</li><li>Working knowledge of Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
</li><li>Comfortable making and receiving calls with a friendly, confident approach
</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred</li>
