 United Infrastructure are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Utilities Infrastructure business on an initial 6-month fix term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the end to end recruitment process.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support within Workday, ensuring employee and candidate records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end candidate onboarding process, including resolving system access issues, document submission queries, background checks, and start date amendments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and track vacancy approval workflows, ensuring recruitment activities progress in line with business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct candidate shortlisting and pre-screening interviews for entry-level and junior positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
 
 
 </li>
