Key responsibilities<ul><li>Design and concept development: Conceptualize and create visual concepts for various applications, including websites, advertisements, brochures, social media, and product packaging.</li><li>Software proficiency: Use design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and produce visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts.</li><li>Client and team collaboration: Meet with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements, discuss ideas, and receive feedback.</li><li>Brand consistency: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including logos and visual identities, to ensure consistency across all materials.</li><li>Production and preparation: Prepare final files for both digital and print use, liaising with suppliers as needed, and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.</li><li>Project management: Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Staying current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and advancements in software.</li></ul>Key skills and qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in graphic design</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>An eye for detail and an understanding of layout, color, and typography</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Creativity and a strong ability to translate ideas into visuals</li><li>Understanding of brand identity and marketing principles</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
