Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Outdoor Sales &amp; Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate loves being on the road, meeting new clients face-to-face, and closing deals. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate and retail customers, promoting our products/services, and building long-term relationships across Kuwait.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct daily outdoor visits to potential and existing clients (B2B &amp; B2C)</li><li>Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid product knowledge and persuasive communication</li><li>Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken &amp; written) &ndash; mandatory</li><li>Valid Kuwait driving license and own car (fuel allowance provided)</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of proven outdoor/field sales experience (FMCG, telecom, real estate, advertising, banking, insurance, or related fields preferred)</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle pressure</li><li>Presentable appearance and professional attitude</li><li>Transferable residency (Article 18) &ndash; candidates already in Kuwait preferred</li><li>Age preferably between 23&ndash;35 years</li></ul>Application Deadline: Open until position is filled Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 7 working days.Job Type: Full-timePay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
