We are seeking an experienced or fresher Company Secretary &amp; Compliance Officer to join our organization. Below are the details of the job position:Corporate Governance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, regulations, and other relevant legislation.</li><li>Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.</li><li>Prepare and file annual returns and other necessary documents with regulatory authorities.</li><li>Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure accurate minutes are recorded.</li></ul>Compliance Management<ul><li>Monitor and report on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.</li><li>Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to staff regarding compliance matters.</li></ul>Communication<ul><li>Act as a liaison between the board of directors and shareholders.</li><li>Communicate updates on corporate governance practices and regulatory changes.</li><li>Respond to inquiries from shareholders and regulatory bodies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
