<div><p>National Aviation Services is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaners to support our new janitorial services contract at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) Outbuildings. This position is responsible for delivering consistent and thorough commercial cleaning services in non-passenger facilities such as the Central Warehouse, Police Department, CVG Centre, Fleet and Welding Shop, Glycol and Ballfields buildings, and other support structures.</p><p><b>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks across designated outbuildings, including restrooms, offices, kitchens, locker rooms, stairwells, and storage areas.</li><li>
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all flooring surfaces; maintain strip/wax and burnish routines on VCT and epoxy floors as scheduled.</li><li>
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, workstations, phones, sinks, light switches, and restrooms.</li><li>
Restock restroom and kitchen supplies including toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and seat covers.</li><li>
Clean and maintain break rooms, including wiping down appliances (microwave, refrigerator, coffee stations) and polishing fixtures.</li><li>
Empty, clean, and re-line trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.</li><li>
Perform high and low dusting of surfaces including vents, ledges, furniture, signage, and ceiling corners.</li><li>
Ensure eyewash stations, drinking fountains, and water coolers are clean and inspected for operability.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness of facility exteriors including entrances, dumpster areas, and smoke huts.</li><li>
Monitor and report any facility damage, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to site supervisor.</li><li>
Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>

Applicable valid driver&rsquo;s license as required by airport authority in order to operate a vehicle or equipment.</li><li>
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, particularly in multi-use or industrial facilities preferred.</li><li>
Ability to operate commercial floor equipment (e.g., auto-scrubbers, wet vacuums, etc).</li><li>
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><b>
Education:</b></p><ul><li>
High school education or GED</li><li>
2 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul><p><b>
Materials Used:</b></p><ul><li>
Uses specialized cleaning solutions and materials; uses equipment such as ladders, mops, brushes, floor machine waxer/buffer, vacuum cleaner and brooms.</li></ul><p><b>

Serving food to guests at events</li><li>

Break down and restock snack carts for upcoming events.</li><li>

Complete daily inventory logs and provide reports as required.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Receive &amp; Stock Deliveries:</b><ul><li>

Storage Runs:</b><ul><li>
