<p>
We're a fast-growing mechanical contractor specializing in commercial HVAC systems. Our team is built on passion, respect, integrity, a service attitude, and the pursuit of education. We're looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work from rough-in to startup.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Install and braze copper refrigerant linesets with precision and leak-free integrity</li>
<li>Wire and terminate low voltage control systems (thermostats, sensors, controllers)</li>
<li>Perform equipment startups for VRF systems, rooftop units, and split systems</li>
<li>Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to meet installation timelines</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and jobsite protocols</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of installations and startup procedures</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)</li>
<li>Proficiency in copper brazing and pressure testing</li>
<li>Solid understanding of low voltage wiring and HVAC control systems</li>
<li>Experience with equipment startups and commissioning procedures</li>
<li>EPA Universal Certification preferred</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and wiring diagrams</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus</li>
</ul>
