<div>Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented videographer &amp; photographer to capture high-quality video and photo content that strengthens our brand, supports marketing initiatives, and tells compelling stories. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing a wide range of visual content, including promotional videos, product photography, events, social media content, and internal communications. 
Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and creative direction.</li>
<li>Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.</li>
<li>Conduct location scouting, lighting tests, and equipment preparation.</li>
<li>Provide creative input on concept development and visual style.</li> 
</ul>
Production
<ul>
<li>Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and stabilization tools.</li>
<li>Capture high-quality video footage, interviews, B-roll, and photography across various environments (indoor, outdoor, studio, on-site).</li>
<li>Direct subjects, talent, and teams during shoots.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent visual branding across all content.</li></ul> 


Post-Production
<ul>
<li>Edit video content, including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed.</li>
<li>Retouch and edit photos for use in marketing materials, websites, and social platforms.</li>
<li>Organize, archive, and maintain media files for easy access.</li>
<li>Deliver content optimized for various platforms (web, social media, print, presentations).</li> 
</ul>
Equipment &amp; Asset Management
<ul>
<li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and recommend upgrades for photography and videography equipment.</li>
<li>Manage studio space, lighting kits, microphones, drones (if applicable), and editing workstations.</li></ul> 


Qualifications

Required
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a videographer and photographer with a strong portfolio.</li>
<li>Proficiency in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.</li>
<li>Advanced skills in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and Photoshop.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of composition, color, light, and sound.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul> 


Preferred
<ul>
<li>Experience creating content for corporate environments, events, or marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.</li></ul>
