Position Summary 
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Procurement Specialist to lead and support the development and execution of procurement strategies, sustainability initiatives, and supplier relationship management (SRM) programs. This role will play a critical part in aligning procurement operations with corporate goals; environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards; and long-term supplier partnerships. 
 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop procurement strategies for direct and indirect commodities to achieve business goals.</li><li>
Lead sustainability efforts, ensuring supplier ESG compliance and responsible sourcing.</li><li>
Manage SRM programs to enhance supplier relationships, boost performance, and reduce risks.</li><li>
Collaborate with operations, finance, sustainability, and legal teams to align procurement with company objectives.</li><li>
Improve procurement processes, tools, and digital systems continuously.</li><li>
Oversee and conduct training for management associates, interns, and facilitate department-wide training initiatives.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Sustainability or Finance emphasis preferred)</li><li>
5+ years&rsquo; experience in procurement, sustainability, and SRM</li><li>
Strong ESG framework and supplier compliance knowledge</li><li>
Skilled in procurement systems (Oracle, GEP) and data analytics tools</li><li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management</li><li>
Proven leadership in cross-functional projects and supplier partnerships</li></ul> 

Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPSD are highly desirable.</li><li>
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mining sectors.</li><li>
Familiarity with digital procurement transformation initiatives.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Procurement Specialist – Strategy/Sustainability/SRM

<div>The Maintenance Technician Mechanical job is a core component for our maintenance force and requires a trained and experienced individual to contribute to our success as one of the world&rsquo;s largest steel producers. The Maintenance Technician Mechanical performs mechanical maintenance functions necessary to maintain operating and service equipment using standard and specialized tools and mobile equipment, such as pendant and overhead cranes and forklifts as required. As a Maintenance Technician Mechanical, you will install, maintain, repair, and operate a broad range of mechanical systems and equipment in a heavy industrial environment to maintain continuous operations. 
 
Pay is either $26.75 or $34.03 depending on job knowledge test score. Candidates that score at $26.75 do have advancement opportunities to get up to $34.03. Along with pay, a Quarterly Incentive Bonus Plan. U. S. Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Provide assistance in operating functions as necessary.</li><li>
May be required to work at heights and/or in confined space.</li><li>
May work alone with minimal supervision or with other maintenance technicians.</li><li>
Work in various areas of the plant location is required. Dependent upon the area, environmental conditions can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, and noisy.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Minimum of 1 year manufacturing and/or industrial experience (including relevant experience gained in military service) or equivalent education. This includes experience in any of the following: hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, power transmission systems, welding, pipe-fitting, structural repair, and diesel mechanic.</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
The position requires you to work 12 hour rotating shifts, which will include Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays</li><li>
The position requires overtime work as needed</li><li>

The Maintenance Technician Electrical performs all electrical maintenance functions necessary to maintain all operating and service equipment using standard and specialized tools and equipment including mobile equipment, pendant and overhead cranes and forklifts. As a Maintenance Technician Electrical, you will install, maintain, repair, and operate a broad range of electrical systems and electrical equipment in a heavy industrial environment to maintain continuous operations.

Maintain, repair, and install a broad range of electrical and electronic systems and equipment using schematics, AC/DC systems, and PLC&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Upgrading outdated electrical panels and installing new panels.</li><li>
Provide assistance in operating functions as necessary.</li><li>
May work alone with minimal supervision or with other maintenance technicians.</li><li>
Work in various areas of the plant locations is required. Dependent upon the area, environmental conditions can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, and noisy.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Must understand the basics of PLC machinery and 480 motor control.</li><li>
Must be able to conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics of machines and replace burned out motors.</li><li>
A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing and/or industrial experience (including relevant experience gained in military service) or equivalent education. This includes experience in any of the following: industrial electronics, motors and controls, schematics and electrical power, print reading, computers and PLC&rsquo;s, electronics, AC/DC theory, power, test instruments and instrumentation, electrical maintenance, commercial construction and installation.</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
The position requires rotating 12 hour shift work, which will include Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.</li><li>
The position requires overtime work as needed.</li><li>
Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines at all times. Safety is our core value which requires you to wear safety protection such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection.</li><li>
