 We are looking for a talented and skilled Stores Supervisor to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. Stores Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the plant&rsquo;s storage facilities. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock control, coordinating with other departments, and leading the stores team to support uninterrupted production and operational efficiency.

 Responsibilities:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Oversee all receipts, records, issues, and stocks of spares &amp; consumables.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead the team of Stores staff &amp; provide them guidance to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all inventory movements and adherence to management policies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and standard operating procedures within the stores area.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct regular physical verification of inventory, investigate discrepancies, and report variances to management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Optimize storage space and ensure proper stacking and segregation of materials according
  </li>
  <li>
   Generate and circulate daily, monthly, and ad-hoc inventory and consumption reports to management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implement and monitor inventory control processes, including stock rotation and timely stock adjustments using ERP/SAP systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and foster a safety-first culture within the stores team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support audits and compliance checks as required.

 Qualifications:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and 10+ years of comprehensive supply chain experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to stores or warehouse management, preferably in a steel plant or heavy manufacturing environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Specialization or Diploma in a relevant field such as Material management &amp; Supply Chain would be an advantage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of inventory management, materials handling, and ERP/SAP systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with safety, quality, and compliance standards relevant to steel plant operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in liaising with procurement, logistics, and production departments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Commitment to continuous improvement, resource optimization, and staff development.
  </li>
