 Job Description
 
 
 
 The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and frontline HR support for assigned campuses or regions. This role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals, with a key focus on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance in a regulated education environment. The HRBP supports campus directors and managers in driving employee engagement, ensuring fair and consistent policy application, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports student outcomes.

 Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters across assigned campuses

 Manage employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

 Provide coaching and counsel to campus leaders on disciplinary actions, terminations, documentation, and risk mitigation.
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate documentation of ER cases and generate reports for trends and risk management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain awareness of HR trends, legal updates, and regulatory changes that impact the education industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers and the recruitment team to attract and retain top educators and staff.
 </li>

 Facilitate onboarding processes that align with company culture and compliance standards.
 </li>

 Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
 </li>

 Identify training needs and coordinate with Learning &amp; Development to deliver impactful training across sites.

 Ensure compliance with labor laws, accreditation standards, and company HR policies.

 Assist in preparing HR documentation for audits by accreditation bodies or regulatory agencies.

 Regularly travel to assigned campuses to provide in-person support, conduct training, and foster employee engagement.

 Salaried: $90k - $120k
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or in a multi-site environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a for-profit education, vocational training, or regulated service environment is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
 </li>

Job Description 
Buyer I is an entry-level procurement role supporting Unitek Learning Education Group Corporation&rsquo;s day-to-day operations within the Procurement Department. This position assists with supplier management, purchasing transactions, inventory control, and documentation to ensure efficient operations across all campuses. The Buyer I also supports Accounting and campus staff by maintaining accurate records, processing requisitions, and coordinating communication with vendors and internal departments. Schedule 8a-4:30pm - Monday, Wednesday and Friday remote and onsite Tuesday and Thursday. Schedule will change in March with 3 days in Office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at our Newport Beach office.
Pay Range
The annual pay range for this position is $25/hr (minimum) and $37/hr (maximum).*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Review requisitions from various departments for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>
Process purchase orders, monitor delivery status, and follow up with vendors or departments as needed.</li><li>
Submit requisitions for student supplies, books, corporate office and breakroom supplies, and promotional materials.</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to obtain quotes, proposals, and product information.</li><li>
Assist with sourcing supplies, equipment, and services consistent with company policies and applicable regulations.</li><li>
Support competitive bid processes for small to moderate dollar-value purchases.</li><li>
Monitor off-site inventory levels of scrubs and student supplies, maintain stock records, and assist in replenishment decisions.</li><li>
Request Instructor access and resources from various publishers.</li><li>
Maintain Program cost sheets for books and student issued supplies.</li><li>
Help monitor vendor performance (delivery times, product quality) and escalate issues or discrepancies.</li><li>
Ensure procurement activities comply with institutional policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Prepare simple reports and assist in tracking procurement metrics, cost savings, and cost avoidance initiatives.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and provide procurement guidance.</li><li>
Capable of handling a high volume of requests with strong time management and organizational skills.</li></ul>

Qualifications

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>
0&ndash;2 years of purchasing/procurement or related experience (entry-level).</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with DocuSign and procurement systems such as Coupa preferred.</li><li>
Ability to learn procurement policies, contract terms, and vendor management practices.</li><li>
Working knowledge of contract terms, conditions, and service-level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>
Demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and professionalism.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, suppliers, and campus staff.</li><li>
