As a Sales Manager at Unitors, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for driving student enrollments and ensuring families find the right tutoring solutions. You&rsquo;ll lead the front-end sales process &mdash; from handling inquiries and conducting consultations to closing deals and maintaining client satisfaction.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage incoming leads and convert them into active clients.</li><li>Understand parent and student needs to recommend suitable tutors.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns.</li><li>Track performance metrics and report results to management.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or services.</li><li>Excellent communication and persuasion skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.</li><li>Energetic, confident, and target-driven.</li><li>Based in Dubai; available for meetings and calls during working hours.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
