Job description:The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role involves managing the front desk, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.OWN VISA IS A MUST!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Front Desk Operations:</li><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.</li><li>Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department.</li><li>Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.</li><li>Administrative Support:</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.</li><li>Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for staff members.</li><li>Customer Service:</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.</li><li>Address inquiries and concerns professionally, directing them to the appropriate person when necessary.</li><li>Office Supplies and Equipment:</li><li>Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.</li><li>Ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment like printers, and phones.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>OWN VISA</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>DENTAL AND MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
