The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the packaging industry, particularly in corrugated packaging solutions, and a solid understanding of the Saudi market.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives</li><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and customer base</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with potential clients</li><li>Apply strong knowledge of packaging and corrugated solutions to meet customer requirements effectively</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report insights to management</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and regular updates for senior management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the packaging or corrugated industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of packaging materials and corrugated solutions</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, team management, and coaching skills</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities</li><li>Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as required</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
