What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Actively monitor and assess plant performance to ensure optimal efficiency, functionality, and safety standards.</li><li>
Conduct rounds, surveying plant operations, grounds, and equipment.</li><li>
Take readings on critical systems, observe functionality, and document any abnormalities for corrective action.</li><li>
Use calibration standards, including inspection, testing, and measurement equipment, as well as calibration gas cylinders.</li><li>
Perform routine analytical calibrations and adjustments.</li><li>
Read and interpret technical drawings, P&amp;ID&rsquo;s, manuals, and documentation to support plant operations and maintenance.</li><li>
Safely execute planned maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment and systems are functioning optimally and safely.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to FDA/QMS(Quality Management System) compliance programs, following cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), applicable procedures, and UIG's internal quality systems.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Need</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED. Associate&rsquo;s degree or technical school certification is preferred.</li><li>
Relevant military, industrial gas/cryogenics, or continuous process facilities experience.</li><li>
General knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment in process plant environments.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
