About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp, and a strong sense of aesthetics, functionality, and design precision. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to create realistic renders, detailed layouts, and compelling design presentations.Key Responsibilities: &#9679; Develop high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools. &#9679; Design interior layouts, floor plans, elevations, and space plans as per project requirements. &#9679; Produce photo-realistic renderings, walkthroughs, and animations for presentations and approvals. &#9679; Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes aligned with design themes and budgets. &#9679; Prepare technical drawings and documentation for execution and client approval. &#9679; Collaborate with architects, clients, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. &#9679; Stay updated on modern design trends, sustainable materials, and 3D visualization technologies.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications: &#9679; Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design &#9679; Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp &#9679; Strong understanding of 3D Modelling, Rendering, and Drafting &#9679; Knowledge of rendering techniques and file interoperability &#9679; Creative mindset with attention to detail and design precisionPreferred Skills: &#9679; Knowledge of material selection, lighting design, and presentation techniques &#9679; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects &#9679; Strong visualization and communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
