Compensation: This is a non-exempt position, with a monthly salary of $3,000 during the probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the base rate will increase to $3,300 per month. 
 
Role Summary: The Client Support - Point of Sale role is a fully onsite position 5 days a week. This position is a critical role that interacts directly with our clients, supports our sales effort, and troubleshoots our systems. The Standard Shift for this role will be from 12:00 PM CST to 9:00 PM CST. 
 
This role requires a technical background. You will be expected to perform client-facing work, alongside troubleshooting for our clients. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare, install, and configure software &amp; hardware for deployment</li><li>
Onboard and train new users for newly deployed software and hardware</li><li>
Perform remote troubleshooting over the phone and through remote control tools</li><li>
Identify and analyze issues for software and/or hardware</li><li>
Partner with the Operations and Sales departments to provide the best solution for POS inquiries</li><li>
Collect feedback from end-users and work with the Development team for future product improvement</li><li>
Assist in inventory tracking and management</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. We are an E-Verify employer!</li><li>
Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese is required, both written and verbal.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Administration, or related field is a plus</li><li>
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.</li><li>
Able to actively listen to clients and interact with clients in a friendly and patient manner</li><li>
Able to take initiative to solve problem effectively</li><li>
Self-motivated to learn new systems and installation of products</li><li>
Able to accomplish tasks before deadlines and be detail-oriented</li><li>
Able to work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual</li><li>
Proficient with Excel and Word</li></ul>
